Recruiting employees is a difficult and important task. In this workshop we will discuss strategies  to find candidates. We’ll focus on warm sources like referrals, and also look at techniques and processes to use LinkedIn and other processes.  For every hour you spend in the selection process, you save 8 hours on the back end when you have to fix a hiring mistake. If you are lacking a good pipeline of candidates, you may “settle” for a candidate who is “not exactly”.  Then you may end up having to remove them and start over again.
