Grafton RDC has several loan funds to finance a wide variety of business needs, including working capital, equipment, inventory and much more!
Our loans are usually provided in coordination with local lenders and generally range from a minimum of $1,000 to a maximum of $480,000.

Our business incubator programs at both Dartmouth Regional Technology Center (DRTC) and the Enterprise Center at Plymouth (ECP), provide services including leased space, mentoring, and important networking opportunities to new and existing businesses.
Entrepreneur and Plymouth State University alum, Tom Armstrong, founded Narrative 1 in 2010 as a way to automate and streamline his business following a 25-year career as a third generation appraiser.
In 2013, Narrative 1 moved into the Enterprise Center at Plymouth to support its growing business and has since become the one of the most well-respected commercial appraisal software companies in the real estate industry.
Turning heads nationally, industry-leading ExactBid acquired Narrative 1 in 2015 and plans to continue expanding its operations and staff in Plymouth, NH.
