The workforce is made up of multiple generations and it can be challenging to train to the strengths of each generation. Factors like no budget, limited expertise, and tight deadlines can make employee training feel overwhelming. This session will focus on both generational preferences when it comes to learning on the job and free/inexpensive tips, tools, and tricks to create learning that can meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

This seminar will take place on two consecutive Tuesday evenings from 5:30-7pm each evening. Week #2 will build off the principles discussed in week #1.
